6. Do something meaningful each day-
Do you have a special talent that you are like to practice more often or share with others? You do something and enjoy. Like as your favourite songs, games and your favourite subject which is like most. You practice daily your favourite subject. It is saying that “Practice makes a man perfect”. Help the needy people. Help always the other people which is not able to work. When you help others people, you feel good. It is real happiness. You utilize your energy in good work. You try to do the best in your Life.
7. Think good thoughts for others-
If you want to be happy and healthy, think good thoughts for other and help the other people. Do better work oneself and others and you take care of oneself and others.
